Currently you can listen to DnB Midlands by entering the chat room (where music is directly played while you chat) or you can choose one of the four main players; these are Windows Media Player, iTunes, Real Player, and Winamp.

Listening to ‘streaming’ audio on the internet can be unstable. The most common problem is playback stalling until more data arrives, commonly known as buffering. This can be caused by viewing other web pages while listening on a low-speed modem, i.e. 56k modem and network congestion.

If you find that you are having streaming problems (noticed by large gaps in the streaming of the music) please try choosing a lower bit rate player. For example if you are streaming 128kbps and it buffers then choose the 64kbps connection instead.

If you are having difficulties streaming on a mobile phone it could be due to numerous reasons including:

• The SIM card is missing, in which case insert your SIM card.
• Date and time in the mobile are incorrect, check and adjust date and time.
• Installation settings 1: Manager->Options->Settings->Software installation must show "On". On newer models it must show "All" instead of "Signed"
• Installation settings 2: Manager->Options->Settings->Online certif. check must show "Off"
• Installation on E Series: Menu->Tools->App.manager->Options->Settings->Software installation must show "On". On newer models it must show "All" instead of "Signed" and ->Online certif. check must show "Off
